            Sunday, April 24th, 12PM

Where: Amelia V. Gallucci-Cirio Library, 1st Floor, Hammond Hall

In partnership with the Communications Media Department's Theater program, the Library is excited to invite the greater Fitchburg community to the first run of Between the Stacks, a series of short, original, student plays that will be set throughout the Library's four floors.

This experimental theater experience, will ask the audience to move throughout the library space to engage in a more intimate setting a series of original plays written by students in Professor Kelly Morgan's current playwriting class. Students used the Library setting as the inspiration of their scenes, demonstrating as Prof. Morgan states that “more goes on in the library than just checking out books".

The performance is composed of 10 scenes, each approximately 5 minutes in length, and will be followed by a discussion.

Admission is free and open to the public. Please note that external guests will be asked to attest they are free of COVID-19 symptoms and face coverings remain required in the library.
