Library users are reporting intermittent and sporadic connection issues when trying to access library resources and databases. Please be know we are currently working with IT to resolve these issues. The access problem is not effecting everyone, but we believe it is related to a browser connection error occurring with our EZProxy authentication.

If you are unable to access a library resource, try these troubleshooting tips:

  • Search Incognito or in Private ModeMost browsers offer an option to search incognito or in a private mode. The links below provide instructions to search in this mode. 
  • Try using a different browser.  For example, if you were using Chrome and couldn't access a library database, try a different browser like Firefox Internet Explorer or Safari.  Don't have another browser installed on your computer, download one from one of these sites:
  • Clear your cache and/or cookies in your existing browser. Not sure how to clear your cache and cookies?  Follow these instructions below:
