It's the end of the semester the Library tries to help students coping with the stress of finals and wrapping up big projects to take a few moments through out the day to take study breaks and de-stress.

Since we are not able to provide students in the Library building with access to some fun de-stressing activities, we've created a guide with tips and ideas for a variety of self-care and study tips, resources for students and de-stressing ideas.

From videos on 5 minute meditation for beginners to coloring apps, you will find some interesting ideas to give your mind and body the needed rest time it needs while doing stressful things like studying and writing papers.
