*NEW* JSTOR Ebooks available via JSTOR platform

The Amelia V. Gallucci-Cirio Library is excited to announce its subscription purchase of the JSTOR ebook Collection. Through JSTOR, we now offer more than 57,000 ebooks from renowned scholarly publishers, integrated with journals and primary sources on JSTOR’s easy-to-use platform.

All JSTOR ebook chapters are available exclusively in a DRM-free, unlimited-user model. They work just like the journal articles on JSTOR, with unlimited simultaneous use, PDF downloads, and printing, and no need to log in or use special software.

These ebooks offer high-quality content from leading academic publishers from around the world, including university presses, public policy organizations, and independent presses.

With the recent addition of the eBook Academic Collection (EBSCOhost), this brings the total number of ebook to over 275,000 titles.

The goal is to make ebooks available to all our students, faculty and staff with:

  • access from on campus or off campus, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week e

  • the opportunity for faculty to link directly to a book or book chapter in Blackboard

  • the ability to do full-text searching within a book

  • access for multiple users, wherever possible
