Join us for a series of talks that explore the historical and artistic elements of books. 

A Select History of Books and Typography by Dr. Donald Tarallo
Tuesday, September 25 at 3:30PM – Amelia V. Gallucci-Cirio Library

Dr. Donald Tarallo, Associate Professor Communications Media, will discuss the evolution of books and printing with special on Italy's contribution to the craft of typography and printing.



Flights of Imagination: Juliet, Kate and Ophelia by artist KK Kozik
Thursday, September 27 at 3:30PM -– Amelia V. Gallucci-Cirio Library

Artist KK Kozik will discuss the depiction of books in her recent work and how this relates to her use of the Four Humors to reflect the personalities of female Shakespeare characters in her mural of tumbling books.
