Study Room

Study Rooms

The library has 17 study rooms and a media production room that can be reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. 

9 large study rooms containing a conference table, white board, media viewing equipment, and an Apple TV. These study rooms can seat up to 6 people with the exception of the CIC study room which can accommodate 8 people. 

NOTE: Study room bookings are in 15 minute increments.  To book a study room for 2 hours, select 8 consecutive time slots. 


8 small study rooms, which can seat up to 2 people contains a conference table, computer, and whiteboard. Shared small group study rooms are only available in the evenings.



Media Room

Media Production Room

The media production room contains a computer, Apple TV, ceiling mounted projector, DVD player and document projector.

This room, which can seat up to 6 people, is intended for faculty, staff and students who need to view media, practice presentations or produce media. If a group study space is needed, please reserve a large or small group study room.


Additional Study Spaces

The Library offers several workspace options for library patrons, including an information commons computing area, active study spaces on the first and second floors, and quiet study spaces on the the library’s 3rd and 4th floors.

Information Commons

The central area of the first floor is the information commons and includes:

  • The Research Help Desk
  • An open computing area with 61 public computer stations.  Due to COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, many of the computers have been relocated to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the library.
